The Joys of Clementine season
Every year I buy at least a box of Spanish Clementines. I love it when they first become available here in the North East. They make the perfect sweet and quick, healthy snack. The only problem I have is that a box is just too many for me. So what do you do when a small crate of Clementines is too much to handle? Cook with them!
